Chatalystar is designed to be a safe, engaging platform for adults to explore emotional connections and communication skills through AI interactions. We are committed to maintaining a respectful environment that protects all users while allowing creative expression within appropriate boundaries.

2. Age Requirement & Verification

Chatalystar is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We actively enforce age verification and will terminate accounts of users found to be underage.

2.1 Verified Human Creators (Muses)

Every human creator ("Muse") on Chatalystar has completed third-party identity and age verification through Veriff before appearing on our platform. This ensures all Muses are legal adults (18+). Verification records are maintained per applicable regulations.

2.2 AI Characters (Starlings) Are Adults

All AI characters ("Starlings") are fictional adult characters who are 18 years of age or older.No AI character represents or depicts a minor. Any attempt to use AI to simulate interactions with minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and potential law enforcement referral.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Chatalystar:

3.1 Absolutely Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content involving minors in sexual contexts is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities
• Non-Consensual Content: Content depicting rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual acts
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting terrorism, violence, drug trafficking, or other illegal acts
• Doxxing/Personal Information: Sharing others' personal information without consent
• Real Person Exploitation: Creating content that harasses, defames, or sexualizes real individuals without consent

3.2 Prohibited Behaviors

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of other users or staff
• Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Impersonation of staff, creators, or other users
• Attempting to manipulate AI to produce prohibited content
• Sharing account credentials or selling accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automation without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit platform security
• Soliciting real-world meetings, personal information, or financial transactions from other users

3.3 Content Restrictions

• Hate speech targeting protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability)
• Graphic violence or gore for shock value
• Self-harm or suicide promotion/instruction
• Misinformation that could cause harm
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:

• In-App Reporting: Use the report button on any message or profile
• Email: Send details to report@chatalystar.com
• Include: Description of the violation, usernames involved, screenshots if available

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24-48 hours. We protect the identity of reporters.

Violations of these guidelines may result in the following actions, depending on severity:

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal within 30 days:

• Email appeals@chatalystar.com with your account email and explanation
• Include any relevant context or evidence
• Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days
• Appeal decisions are final

Note: Appeals are not available for violations of our zero-tolerance policies.

7. AI Interaction Guidelines

When interacting with AI characters on Chatalystar:

• Remember that AI characters are simulated and not real people
• All AI characters ("Starlings") are adult characters aged 18+
• Do not attempt to manipulate AI into producing prohibited content
• Do not attempt to roleplay scenarios involving minors
• Report any AI responses that seem inappropriate or concerning
• Maintain healthy boundaries between fantasy and reality
• Use the platform for entertainment, not as a substitute for real relationships or therapy

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Respect intellectual property rights. All original content on Chatalystar—including AI character designs, personas, artwork, and platform features—is owned by Chatalystar Inc. and protected by copyright law.

• Do not upload content you don't have rights to share
• Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our AI character designs or content
• Do not create derivative works based on our characters without permission
• Do not use our content for competing services or commercial purposes

8.1 DMCA Reporting

To report copyright infringement or if your content was improperly used:

• Email our DMCA Agent at dmca@chatalystar.com
• See our Terms of Service (Section 18) for full DMCA procedure
• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated

9. Updates to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the platform. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated guidelines.
