We protect creator sovereignty within the law. We do not protect bad actors. Chatalystar is built so that governed creator uploads can be attributed to a verified creator account, with records available for lawful review. Attribution is not proof that every person depicted is the uploader or that consent is universal.
1. Who can be on this platform
Members must be 18+. Age confirmation at signup and again on first NSFW unlock.
Creators must be 21+. All Stars complete third-party identity verification through Veriff before publishing.

Under-18 attempts are counted as a privacy-respecting aggregate (no email, no IP, no identifier) so we can monitor pressure on the gate.
2. How governed creator uploads are anchored
Per-vault-session attestation. When a creator unlocks the vault, they sign an EIP-712 typed payload with their wallet that binds (a) their wallet address, (b) a hash of their Veriff session, and (c) the current Creator Agreement version and hash. This proves it is the verified creator — not a stolen session — that opened the vault.
Per-upload binding. Uploads in the governed vault path are bound to the attestation through an HMAC chain (chain-of-custody). Tamper with any earlier row and the chain breaks — a property an external auditor can verify. This does not establish consent for every depicted person.
Container & EXIF inspection. Image and video metadata is extracted and stored alongside Sightengine moderation results. Suspicious tooling, missing capture timestamps, or embedded GPS get soft-flagged for the moderation queue.
Sightengine NSFW & minor screening. Two-tier scanning runs on every upload (see our Community Guidelines). Anything flagged minor is hard-blocked and queued for human review.
3. What is forbidden, always
Chatalystar prohibits trafficking, forced labor, forced sex work, coercion, exploitation, prostitution recruitment, escort solicitation, compensated in-person sexual activity, and using any platform feature to arrange sexual services. This rule applies to content, profiles, messages, custom requests, payments, and AI-assisted interactions. It also prohibits moving a prohibited arrangement off-platform through contact details, links, coded language, travel arrangements, location-plus-price offers, or payment instructions. Lawful adult content and consensual adult sexual expression are distinct from these prohibited commercial-sex and exploitation activities.
Reports are investigated, preserved under our existing Trust & Safety controls, and escalated to law enforcement or another required reporting channel when the facts meet the applicable threshold. Report trafficking, exploitation, or other unsafe conduct.
4. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records
Chatalystar maintains performer records as required by U.S. federal law for sexually explicit content. See our 2257 Compliance Statement for our records custodian and the procedure for inspection requests.
5. Reporting & takedown
When a report control is available on the content, use it first: direct reporting preserves the exact content reference and context. If direct reporting is unavailable, use the public report form or the Trust contact surface to start an inquiry.
Trafficking, exploitation, prostitution recruitment, escort solicitation, or compensated in-person sexual activity: use the dedicated report form — handled in the restricted Trust & Safety lane.
Suspected CSAM or non-consensual content: use the public report form (or the in-content report control when available) — handled within hours, escalated to NCMEC where applicable.
We cooperate with valid legal process. Vault session attestations, upload bindings, EXIF metadata, and Veriff verification records are retained per our Privacy Policy and made available to law enforcement on lawful request. We will not retroactively delete material that is subject to a preservation request.
